What You'll Do in the Leadership Development Program:

This immersive career development program will prepare you to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You'll rotate through key departments while building relationships, technical skills, and leadership competencies. Responsibilities include:

* Build relationships with customers and employees at all levels
* Fulfill day-to-day responsibilities within your assigned department
* Rotate through multiple business units for cross-functional exposure
* Receive personalized mentorship and one-on-one manager training
* Participate in lunch-and-learns with Mustang Cat executives
* Complete presentations and business-impact projects
