GENERAL SUMMARY: The Program Manager-CarePort/Wellsky is responsible for overseeing and managing the CarePort/Wellsky program for all inpatient Case Management Departments. Leadsbusiness and system-related projects of a complex nature within the organization, including all regional strategic and operational initiatives for the Inpatient Case Management team, with a focus on continuous quality improvement within the product. Supports the inpatient Case Management department with using the CarePort/Wellsky product effectively and provides training and education to frontline team members regarding product changes and upgrades. This position reports to the System Command Center. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field such as BSW, BSN, health management/administration, Project Management, and/or business administration degree. Three (3) years of healthcare related experience in healthcare delivery, project management, and running large projects of a complex nature. Three (3) years of experience in project management or analytics-oriented roles, focused on delivering strategic insights to customers/clients. Experience using data to drive business decisions, preferred. Previous case management clinical experience delivering patient care preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Management. Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers and all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational, planning and implementation skills. Strong presentation skills. Strong sense of compassion with the ability to successfully advocate for patients and their families. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Project Management Institute Certification, preferred.
