The Opportunity with McKinstry
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help drive our recruiting efforts forward. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our high-performing team by attracting top talent from across the country. You'll enhance the Talent Acquisition team's effectiveness by delivering consistent, dependable support throughout the hiring process, combining strong administrative capabilities with strategic sourcing expertise

Additional responsibilities include:

* Post open positions and ensure alignment with job descriptions and transparent salary ranges.

* Coordinate travel logistics for candidates and support interview scheduling.

* Provide reliable administrative assistance throughout the recruiting lifecycle, adapting to additional team needs as they arise.

* Implement innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract potential candidates. This includes using social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs to access both active and passive candidates.

  • Representing McKinstry as a brand ambassador at networking events, career fairs, and conferences to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring all applicant and interview information is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition leadership with special programs to ensure milestone achievement and program success.

What we would like to see from you:

  • Completes and delivers commitments on time. Able to organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Communications, Business or other related subject areas preferred or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

* Prior experience in recruiting software and sourcing platforms (Jobvite preferred) is ideal but not required

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas (i.e. email, meetings, presentations, etc.).
  • Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources preferred.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
