Position Overview:

Are you a hands-on financial leader ready to drive excellence in a growing organization? We are seeking a Corporate Controller to manage all accounting and financial functions . This key leadership role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls, while guiding a dedicated team of ten. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration to fuel operational success.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting activities.
  • Partner with external auditors during audits and ensure timely tax filings.
  • Analyze financial results to provide insights on trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems and processes.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems
