Pay Rate: $28 - $50/hr. Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Friday (on call, overtime and weekends as needed) Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and coordinate the maintenance team, supporting both operational needs and staff development. Develop and manage preventive maintenance, downtime reporting, and work order systems to ensure optimal equipment performance. Prioritize emergency repairs and daily work orders to minimize disruptions. Maintain SOPs and facility readiness for customer and government inspections. Collaborate with vendors, the Plant Manager, and Maintenance Manager on repairs and capital projects. Track and record all maintenance work, including costs, for each piece of equipment. Support processing operations through hands-on leadership, equipment maintenance, changeovers, safety compliance, and adherence to GMP and SQF standards. We empower the best people in the industry.
