Administrative Assistant / Office Admin Pentagon, VA MUST: Active Top-Secret with SCI Clearance Required Experienced Administrative Executive Assistant 5+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant / Executive coordinator / office manager 1+ years of experience working in the DOD Experience supporting C-Suite members is a plus Experience with CATMS or similar action tracking software to manage, update, and track staff actions Experience facilitating, monitoring, and tracking taskers Advanced MS Word skills; proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills Strong organization skills and ability to multitask Strong communication skills both written and verbal Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university DUTIES: Provides comprehensive administrative support services for daily operations Performs clerical functions such as maintaining calendars; arranging travel; planning, coordinating, help managing supplies and equipment; preparing correspondences, reports, and presentations; preparing, managing, and coordinating tasks; and assisting the client managing projects Assist in facilitating, monitoring, and tracking taskers Work jointly with other groups and offices and maintain accountability of all assigned tasks Scheduling, facilitating, and preparing for meetings, engagements, and events for DoD clients Ensure tasks meet suspense timelines and are complete Track and coordinate congressional, Government Accountability Office, and Office of Management and Budget interactions to ensure any requested meetings and artifacts are completed in a timely manner. Perform technical writing/editing, proofreading, or overall documentation review for various program document, and user support documents Assisting in the assembly of Read-Ahead books daily Answering FO phone lines when needed Support the mission initiative team members in the preparation of deliverables, reports, briefings, and related products associated with the respective mission area Coordinates and communicates behalf of the Clients, including calls, responding to email and interfacing, with stakeholders or their staffs at all levels.
