Job Title: Market Communications Professional

Overview:

The MarCom Specialist plays a key supporting role in the execution of marketing communications initiatives. This position collaborates with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and maintain materials that support marketing plans, product launches, internal communications, and brand awareness efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of digital marketing assets, including flyers, white papers, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain and update content on the Computed Tomography USA intranet and public website using content management systems and SharePoint.
• Support the regulatory review process and manage job requests for creative services and channel partners.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date content libraries for sales team access and usability.
• Coordinate and execute internal communication initiatives such as newsletters.
• Track and report on marketing communications activities and campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to the coordination of events and marketing projects, including trade shows and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
