Provides technical assistance and support via phone, email, or chat for issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals. Diagnoses, researches, and resolves user-reported incidents, ensuring secure and effective desktop operations. Supports onboarding of new employees, including configuration of workstations and setup of system access. Maintains service records, ensures timely ticket resolution, and meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities:
