Duties consist of performing a variety of activities, including, but not limited to, tracking temporary staff, assisting onboarding of new hires, scheduling of plant hourly employees to achieve efficiencies. Developing presentations, creating purchase requisitions in SAP software, drafting and managing confidential documents, updating and maintaining sensitive legal documents, co-leading and planning group activities, conferences, travel, meetings, participating in cross-functional Administrative Assistant committee meetings, managing electronic vacation database, preparing expense reports, managing new vendor request forms, and managing calendars.
