This position requires an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.

The TTO C/O Screener will conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of prospective candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for TTO C/O Screener: $180,000 to $205,000. Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

TTO C/O Screener Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the assessments, evaluations, and selection and recruitment of new members by providing input on psychological assessments and interviews.
• Analyze the behavior and performance of candidates to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
• Consult with leadership and team commanders to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of assessments and evaluations.
• Be available for on-call or emergency response situations where support and assessment are required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

TTO C/O Screener Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Possession of one of the following certifications is highly desired:
  
  
  
  • FTC
  • OTC
  • MOTC
  
  
• Minimum of five (5) years of operational C/O experience
• Experience in Screening, Assessment, and Evaluation
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
