This position is a core member of the Rentokil-Terminix Marketing Leadership team, accountable for providing thought leadership on digital analytics, data governance and data implementation support. Additionally responsibilities include developing a data roadmap along with an implementation plan to continuously unlock additional insights for marketing attribution and optimization. Also, lead a team of analysts to conduct customer and prospect analysis through the exploration of first party and third party data. Duties & Responsibilities Digital Analytics Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee the collection, tracking, and analysis of digital data across various platforms, including website, mobile apps, social media, and email marketing. Lead the identification of key trends, patterns, and insights from digital data to inform marketing campaigns, website optimization, user experience improvements, and product development. Define and implement relevant metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Manage and optimize our digital analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, tag management systems). Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
Data Governance & Quality:
Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards for data collection, storage, usage, and security for the marketing organization. Define and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of digital data. Lead data cleansing and validation efforts to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on data governance policies and best practices. Serve as the point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Monitor and audit data usage to ensure adherence to governance policies. Drive the implementation of data lineage and documentation processes.

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital analysts. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. Lead and inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality work. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the analytics team. Effectively communicate team goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements Education
Experience
7-10 years of, Business Analytics experience Strong analytical skill sets. Statistical skills a plus This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate. Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.

Annual Earning Potential: $102,000 - $132,600 / year . While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
