While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for:

• Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
• Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
• Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
• Encouraging self-help activities
• Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Interview for the position of your choice & meet with a member of management who is the subject matter expert regarding the duties of the role you are interested in; select your start date: June 10th, 17th, or 24th.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license & clean MVR. Must be able to pass all criminal background checks per state of Indiana IDD regulations. Must have a passion for helping others, & aiding them in support to live their best lives.
