The Pulse Advanced Heart Failure practice is growing with new locations, new patient populations and expanding our service offerings. This role is mainly outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities.

FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: 4x10's

Base compensation: $124,831.00 - 166,995.00 plus performance bonus.

Position Summary

MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well established and expanding practice. This position requires the ability to establish goals of care, collaborate with many health care team professionals, (e.g. Social work, Cardiac rehab staff, Palliative care team) and ability to manage decompensated heart failure (or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary.

Requirements


  • Masters of Science in Nursing
  • Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization
  • Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
  • ARNP Experience in a Heart Failure Program or two (2) years of experience in a cardiovascular setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,831.00 - $166,995.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
