The Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for developing, leading and motivating their sales team (staffing, training, coaching) for an assigned territory, guiding them to enhanced performance. Responsible for managing all business activities within the territory, including dealer sales planning, market share growth, customer satisfaction in all phases of the sales process, progress toward revenue goals, and ensuring alignment with our overarching growth strategy. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Global, an individual may be hired at the high end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. This position is also eligible for performance-based commissions based on sales volume in assigned region.
