Job Title: Senior Technician Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: 7 months Job Description: Requesting a technician to support customer issue reproduction, and various demos. Customer issue reproductions There are a lot of issues reported by our customers and our customers' customers in the fields. These issues are from practical day-to-day use cases. Some of the issues are performance under noisy environments, multi-client performance, MLO connections and performance, and IoT with WiFi clients from different WiFi generations. For easy investigations, we need to reproduce the issues in our Lab. WiFi and AI demos To show our innovations to customers, many demos are designed and shown to our customers in different tech conferences and in-house customer meetings.
