The Role The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the Business Management functions of a construction project office that works many jobs simultaneously for a diverse group of construction clients. Accountable for the completion, routing, and maintenance of various project documents and other correspondence, including the processing of all subcontractor forms and documents. Primary responsibility is to work with Project Management to prepare all project related financial information (contract value, commitments, billings, payment requests) in a timely fashion to facilitate timely and accurate reporting. The Senior Business Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for all financial related items for the offices under their responsibility. The Senior Business Analyst will assist Senior Site Representative with the development and presentation of Financial Forecasts and will support Project Managers with analyzing cost data and updated Estimated Costs at Completion (ECAC). Qualifications: * A minimum of 7 years related experience required Responsibilities: * Project Administration: Primary project operations staff contact for staff at assigned projects; Coordinate and maintain physical and electronic project operations files; Ensure contractual documents are completed according to policy and procedure; Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages; Route incoming and outgoing mail; Schedule appointments and meetings for project operations team. * Subcontractor Coordination: Process and enter vendor invoices and subcontractor bid verification; Review and set up new subcontracts and change orders; Assist subcontractors onboarding paperwork, invoicing, and pay requisitions. * Financial Analysis: Prepare financial data and backup documentation for submission to Accounting; Review new projects set up in accounting system; Monitor cash receipts and coordinate with Accounting and Project Management for subsequent subcontractor payments; Assist operations management with verifying earned revenue and forecasting; Analyze cost management data; Interface with Accounting to manage bond requests; Review and distribute certified payrolls to subcontractor owners for processing insurance paperwork; Review and process subcontractor payment requisitions in accordance with company policies and procedures; Complete project and site forecasting and owner billing. * Performs other duties as assigned * Occasional travel may be required Please reach out to Kelly Cocca Baker (281) 714 - 6883 for any questions related to this position.
