Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Treasury Management Product Manager to lead our Fraud Management Solutions portfolio. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of products that protect our commercial clients from payment fraud-including positive pay, account validation tools, and other detection and prevention services. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of treasury and fraud risk management, strong technical acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Development and Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of fraud management products including positive pay, reverse positive pay, ACH fraud blocks & filters, and account validation tools.
- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and feature enhancements to align with market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs
- Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and market competitiveness in fraud management solutions.
Client-Focused Solutions
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders (sales, relationship managers, and implementation teams) to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product features that improve usability and value.
- Ensure products meet the specific needs of various industries, from small businesses to large corporations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support sales efforts and client engagements.
Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our offerings against market leaders and identify gaps.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fraud management to guide product roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of advancements in digital platforms and fintech innovations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to design, implement, and enhance products.
- Work closely with market execution and marketing teams to develop product positioning, promotional materials, and training for sales teams.
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track product performance metrics, including revenue growth/product profitability, adoption rates, and client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate product effectiveness and propose improvements based on client feedback and performance data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in treasury management, product management, or financial services, with a focus on fraud mitigation.
- Deep understanding of commercial payment fraud risks and tools such as Positive Pay, ACH debit blocks, account validation, and behavioral analytics.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful financial products.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of fraud management processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or equivalent.
- Familiarity with payment systems, ERP integrations, and financial technology platforms.
