Job Summary

Cognizant Digital Engineering is looking for technical self-motivated full stack developer with JAVA and spring boot, with JIRA Specialization who can help design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. We're looking for a collaborative team member who values continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Requirements/ Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business requirements.

* Oversee the implementation of UI components, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI solutions with backend systems.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

* Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for UI development.

* Ensure the UI design aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.

* Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and optimize performance.

* Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

* Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for UI development tasks.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in UI development to drive innovation.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements.

* Manage the deployment of UI components across various platforms, ensuring seamless integration.

* Contribute to the company's mission by developing interfaces that improve user interaction and satisfaction.

The annual salary for this position is between $78,500 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
