What success looks like in this role: Position Summary: We are seeking a seasonedCorporate Securities and Governance Attorneywith a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our in-house legal team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations, supporting corporate governance functions, and advising senior leadership on complex legal and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in public company reporting, SEC compliance, and board governance, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
