Could you be our next Nursing Clinical Coordinator for our 2 out 4 Weekend Program at Bryn Mawr Hospital?

Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the 10 labor rooms, 25 post-partum rooms and 2 operating rooms you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for women during childbirth. Care of the new mother and her newborn will continue. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time. Our unit handles both low and high-risk patients and is supported by a level III NICU.

Position: Clinical Coordinator - Nursing
Shift: 7:00pm- 7:30am: Every Other Weekend, Saturday & Sunday

Experience:
3-5 years of recent labor delivery nurse experience preferred.
Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required.
MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Certification in specialty area desired.

Requirements:

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
