Role: Lead Business Analyst - Contact Center Analytics (AWS Connect) Job Level: Manager Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for driving deep insights about Contact Center (AWS connect) business area and driving continuous improvement using the analysis. The BA should have a detailed understanding of a Contact Center business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems. Applications will be accepted until July 03, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
