Summary:
This role is responsible for data reporting, analytics, and technical administration support of multiple HR based systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing dashboards relating to HR business processes while understanding the system architectures and processes to drive continuous improvement. The incumbent must perform collaboratively, communicating effectively to multiple audiences, and understands the importance of holistic approach, critical thinking, and application through their performance making sound decisions for successful outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards via Voith HR systems based on HR's data priorities.
* Ensure reporting is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
* Review HR datasets to identify trends, outliers, or areas of concern and communicate those findings clearly to HR partners
* Support workforce analytics including headcount, turnover, compensation, and engagement data
* Compile and analyze employee data to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as Human Capital Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll
* Partnering cross-functionally with associated team members including Payroll, IT, and Accounting
* Identifying risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization
* Acting as a subject matter expert for continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and systems
* Drive process improvement in our UKG Request system to promote a stronger visualization for management
* Develop and perform appropriate auditing to ensure data integrity across systems, using effective troubleshooting and analysis to identify issues and deliver appropriate solutions.
* Responsible for managing assigned internal support ticketing requests for employee lifecycle events while upholding company signature approval mandates and assigning next level triaging.
* Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process and workflow improvement, performing UAT, and department or company-wide projects.
* Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to area of responsibility.
* Cross-functional back up to Sr. Data Management Specialist with additional back up and support to the HRIS Expert
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Support, communicate, and knowledge share with HRIS team members to support fluidity and effectiveness across the team and provide exceptional customer service to our employees, managers, HRIS and HR teams.
* Collaborative work and approach, partnering with HRIS team members, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure continual productive work and holistic successes.
* Critical thinking, knowledge initiative in communications, application, and ownership holistically when working independently and within the teams in both tasks and projects.
* Motivated, highly organized, and ability to effectively interact between daily responsibilities and expertise in project work.
Education and Experience:
* Associate degree, preferred
* 6+ years of experience in HRIS/Payroll data preferred
* Experience with Success Factors HCM preferred
* Experience with Dayforce HCM preferred
* Additional Systems: UKG Request Manager, UKG Document Manager
