The Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Pediatric RN Residency is dedicated to providing a 12-month foundational program for the graduate or otherwise eligible nurse to provide the support and knowledge to grow into a competent pediatric professional practitioner. The cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) provides specialized care to medical and surgical patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. Our multidisciplinary team cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to adulthood across the spectrum of their hospital course, as an admission to discharge unit. Shifts: 36 hours per week (Nights) Work Location: St. Petersburg, Florida Start Date: November 3rd, 2025 Who Should Apply: * BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire * Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 35.02/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
