Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Strategy is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Operations Engineer II with extensive hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP to elevate our cloud support operations, ensure high service availability, and support scalable cloud deployments. This role leads incident response efforts, mentors team members, and collaborates across departments to maintain and evolve our cloud platforms. As a key player in the Cloud Product Specialist team, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and automating solutions to support the security and stability of Strategy's cloud environments. You will also manage tooling, work closely with software development teams, and continuously look for opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
