Position Overview

Pregis is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Client Success team and serve as a dedicated technical partner for one of our valued customers in Indianapolis, IN. This is an onsite role that plays a critical part in ensuring optimal performance and uptime of Pregis packaging automation equipment.

As a member of the Client Success team, you'll work closely with both the customer and Pregis support resources to provide a hands-on white glove service, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be embedded in the customer's day-to-day operations, building trust through consistent support, relationships, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the customer's goals.

Your Impact



  • Deliver daily onsite support for Pregis equipment - installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance
  • Collaborate with the customer to identify operational needs and proactively recommend improvements
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring our packaging systems align with customer KPIs and production goals
  • Train customer staff on equipment usage, routine maintenance, data collection, and safety procedures
  • Document all service work, updates, and recommendations clearly and promptly
  • Act as the communication bridge between the customer and Pregis Sales, technical product development engineering, and Client Success teams
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working around equipment and moving machinery


  • Load packaging materials. Clear jams and perform quick adjustments. Replace consumables such as labels and tape.


  • This is position requires flexibility to support alternate shifts when needed.



What You Bring



  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proactive, improvement-minded attitude
  • Hands-on mechanical or electromechanical experience with equipment or machinery
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration
  • Comfort with using digital tools like Microsoft Office or Teams
  • Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills



Working Conditions



  • Onsite at a manufacturing or warehouse facility
  • Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and lifting
  • Ability to navigate tight spaces, use ladders or steps, and tolerate noise or temperature changes



Travel



  • Minimal travel required; primarily onsite at the customer's Indianapolis location
  • Occasional domestic travel for onboarding or training
  • On-call availability as needed
