Director, Acquisition Integration

What You'll Do:

The Director, Acquisition Integration at SRS Heritage Group will drive the seamless assimilation of newly acquired entities into our business ecosystem, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and enhancing shareholder value.

  • Strategic Integration Planning: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive integration plans that align acquisitions with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless transition and strategic alignment that enhances overall business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct a diverse, cross-functional team to comprehensively manage integration activities across human resources, finance, operations, technology, and corporate culture, ensuring a unified approach that optimizes resource deployment and encourages collaboration.
  • Due Diligence Oversight: Lead the due diligence process to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams to validate strategic assumptions and ensure comprehensive risk management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish robust performance metrics to evaluate integration progress, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met or surpassed, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for all integration-related communications, providing regular status updates to senior leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining transparency throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Change Management Initiatives: Drive change management strategies that promote a cohesive corporate culture post-acquisition, implementing targeted training and development programs that facilitate personnel adaptation and enhance team dynamics.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Develop and refine best-in-class integration processes, drawing on a strong foundation of industry insights and historical success stories to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a proven record of successful integration leadership.
  • Exemplary ability to lead large-scale and complex projects with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong commitment to driving organizational growth and value.
  • Experience within a Fortune 50 company or equivalent scale organization is highly desirable.

  • Proven leader in driving growth through innovative M&A integration strategies.
  • Skilled in managing cross-border deals, navigating complex regulations, and diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical decision-maker, using data insights to guide strategy and deliver results.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, building trusted relationships to support integration.
  • Expert in change management and aligning teams during cultural and organizational shifts.
  • Proficient in project management, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Deep knowledge of post-acquisition best practices, focused on innovation and improvement.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in integration tools that boost efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Experienced in creating and leading training programs to align teams with strategic goals.
  • Agile and resilient, able to adapt quickly to changing markets and business needs.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
