Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) has an exciting career opportunity! We are looking for a creative, diligent, hands-on Software Engineering Manager in Test who will be responsible for leading quality engineering (QE) teams. These teams will research and build the next generation of PlayStation's testing technology, and, as their leader, you will set this future technology's direction. Join us, and coordinate with our internal software development teams who are building the core tech behind the console games of tomorrow. This involves analyzing the quality of at least two of the following: (1) PlayStation CPU compilers and tools that are part of the open-source LLVM compiler infrastructure. (2) Real-world audio and video codecs used throughout the PlayStation system software. (3) PlayStation's 3D Audio technology and greater audio ecosystem used in the PlayStation software development kit (SDK) and system software. While these three areas are primary focus areas, there may be opportunities in testing 3D graphics, artificial intelligence, and the fully integrated PlayStation game development environment.
