UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Prime Contract Proposal Development and Management Support opportunity inRichland, WAto support the Hanford Site.


SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor employee(s) shall be responsible for independently planning, organizing, and performing a wide variety of non-hazardous specialized administrative/technical duties in support of the successful completion of goals and deliverables and in accordance with all provisions of the Contract. All work will be performed on the Hanford site or at 2620 Fermi in Richland.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK - SPECIFIC
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all proposal components are
  • complete and correct.
  • Validate compliance with submission guidelines and requirements.
  • Provide technical editing as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • U.S. Citizenship
    1. Qualifications:
    • Minimum education of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Law. Buyer accepts education equivalency of two (2) years' experience for one (1) year of education.
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in drafting and technical editing of proposals.
    • Any experience in SharePoint.
Preferred Qualification: Any experience in post-submittal activities such as for Truthful Cost or Pricing Data disclosures and updates, coordinating responses to customer's post-submittal questions, and/or supporting development of proposal negotiation strategies.

Security and Badging Requirements
  • For any onsite work or in any CPCCo buildings, general site access badging is required.
  • Work does not require individuals to possess security clearance.
  • Contractor employees will be required to submit to vehicle searches and not personally carry or transport certain prohibited articles.

Work Location:
  1. Work shall be primarily performed at the Buyer's facility at 2620 Fermi Avenue, Richland, WA 99354.
  2. Occasional work meetings at 2440 Stevens Center in Richland, WA.
  3. Occasional work meetings at 825 Jadwin Avenue, Richland, WA.
  4. Occasional work meetings will be past the Wye Barricade on the Hanford site.
  5. Remote work is only permitted on facility closure days or in the event of weather-related
early dismissal.

Site Access and Work Hours
Work shall be done on a 4 x 10 schedule. The standard workday consists of 10 hours of work between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM PDT, with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch. If schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to the Contractor's point of contact.
