TEKsystems is seeking a System Engineer to support a local healthcare client on Oahu. **Supports a hospital organization, so the candidate will need to be vaccinated, pass 2 step TB test, and 10-panel drug test. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides infrastructure support for systems of moderate complexity, as assigned, at The Queen's Health Systems (QHS). * Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues with infrastructure hardware and datacenter software. * Supports and assists the IT Department in the development of sound practices and solutions for infrastructure issues. * Serves as a Tier 1 escalation point for infrastructure related issues. * Collects data from performance and uptime monitoring tools. * Installs, configures, tests and maintains operating systems, application software and system management tools. * Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Windows server experience - Healthcare background/experience preferred *Work Environment:* Start off fully on-site, eventual hybrid schedule. Rotational on-call every 3-4 weeks for 1 week - during on-call weeks, employee will work on-site 5/week. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $104000.00/yr. https://www.queens.org/careers/benefits/#:~:text=Medical%20Plans,Provider%20Organizations%20plans%20(PPO).
