*Description*
This person will be sitting behind the front desk and will be responsible for addressing the needs of any customer that walks in to the facility. They will greet the customer and find out if they are there for an appointment or if they are a "walk in". They will have to pull up the customer's information on the computer and get them situated with what they need. They will have to enter information in the customer's profile and make sure all information is up to date and accurate. Once the customer is set up with the next steps this person will take another customer or catch up on any work that needs to be completed. When not with a customer, they will also be responsible for taking incoming calls. Once customers are finished with their appointment, or walk in visit, this person will have to check the customer out and make sure that they are leaving satisfied with the experience. They will have to support the team as well with any odd jobs that need to be done when they have some spare time. Shift: M-F; 8:30am - 5pm. Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. *Qualifications* MUST HAVES: - At least 6 months of retail customer service experience. - Ideal candidate possesses Healthcare experience in front desk, reception, insurance verification, charting work. - Need someone that can calmly serve people. - Communication is key. Written and verbal. - Bubbly - Up beat + positive personality. Team Player. - Friendly, welcoming personality. - Easily multi-tasking. Answering phones, as patients are coming in, phone calls to be made, and faxes going out. * Excellent attendance record in prior roles verified through professional references Nice to Haves: 1. Must have currently - Healthcare Experience: Front Desk, insurance verification, benefit awareness. 2. Sense of humor - this is a close knit team and they pride themselves on that. 3. If they could speak Arabic or Spanish, big plus 4. Retail experience, face to face, customer facing. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.00/hr.
