Overview UW Credit Union is seeking a Membership Services Compliance Coordinator to play a vital role in maintaining regulatory and operational excellence within our Membership Services division. As a brand-new role, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape how we approach compliance in a growing department, making a direct impact from day one. Are you a compliance-minded professional with a knack for navigating ambiguity? As a subject matter expert in deposit regulations, including electronic funds transfers, you will assess current processes and identify areas for improvement. You'll then recommend and implement changes to ensure alignment with internal policies and state and federal regulations. Reporting to the Deposit Services Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, verifying the accuracy of transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring our processes meet the highest standards of compliance. The Membership Services Compliance Coordinator role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll play a key role in audits and examinations, collaborating across teams to address findings and manage risk.
