Milwaukee Public Schools seeks exceptional Instructional Coach - Biliteracy candidates who are highly qualified and knowledgeable to join our community of teachers, learners, and leaders. A Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Instructional Coach - Biliteracy is a non-evaluative, non-supervisory teacher that works at the district level with the Bilingual Education Curriculum Specialist, English as a Second Language (ESL) Curriculum Specialist, and other departmental team members, to provide explicit Professional Development and coaching to teachers relative to the implementation of the Bilingual Pedagogical Framework in alignment with content and literacy adopted standards as well as district identified priorities, giving particular attention to the linguistic and academic needs of bilingual and English Learner students (EL).
