Staffmark is hiring a Non-CDL Yard Switcher Lead in Manor, TX for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is more than just yard switching-it's a leadership role with real impact. You'll be overseeing dock operations, training warehouse teammates, and safely moving everything from vans to 53' trailers. Pay & Schedule Pay: $25.00/hour (Day Shift) | $26.50/hour (Night Shift) Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 2 days off Start Times: Day shift begins between 6:30-8:30 AM | Night shift starts at 9:00 PM Availability: Must be flexible to work any day, Monday through Sunday Training: Night shift will train on day shift What You'll Be Doing
