Job DescriptionThis is an individual contributor role responsible for solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. This role serves as a technical/functional team member and works mostly independently with guidance only in complex situations. The analyst will analyze and troubleshoot requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems under broadly defined practices and procedures. Work with developers in analyzing and developing process improvements for system administration/environmental build function. The Global Client Certification and DPS support team has the following responsibilities: Collaborating with the clients, Visa QA, and the Implementation groups to understand the client requests and system availability. The focus of this role is to support client requests from several input channels, help the clients test new and current services, including regression testing, data creation and beta testing. The analyst will build test suites for services that include Business Enhancement releases as well as DPS Maintenance releases

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120,900.00 to 175,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
