Develops global data strategy and analysis for the customer services division to drive customer interaction support, customer segmentation, personalization and overall customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. Essential Functions

As a Manager of Digital Product Analytics, you will lead FedEx towards data-driven decision-making that drives business success. In this role, you will lead a team of data professionals in producing digital insights for key audiences, creating meaningful data visualizations, and developing data-driven strategies. Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, statistics, engineering or related quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in business analysis, financial analysis, computer modeling or simulation and professional planning. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of fourth generation languages (4GL), client/server and browser-based reporting and analytics tools. Strong knowledge of systems and operations. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
