Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warewash & Laundry Solutions Expert to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving growth and supporting our distribution partners by delivering technical expertise, training, and consultative selling in the warewash and laundry segments. Water treatment knowledge is a strong plus and will further enhance your ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers.

As a member of a leading chemical manufacturer, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with both our internal sales team and external distributor partners to expand market share and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical expert for warewash and laundry programs across our western regional accounts.
  • Provide product support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to distribution partners and end-users.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic growth plans in the warewash and laundry categories.
  • Conduct site evaluations and product demonstrations to recommend optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Support the launch of new products and technologies through education and hands-on implementation guidance.
  • Gather market feedback and provide insights to product management and R&D to guide innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with water treatment system assessments, recommendations, and support where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, training sessions, and account growth opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows, distributor events, and sales meetings as a representative of the company's warewash and laundry division.
  • Maintain a strong SalesForce funnel to deliver exceptional growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in warewash and/or laundry chemical programs, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chemical dispensing systems, application methods, and industry standards.
  • Experience supporting or working with distribution channels and B2B end-user sales.
  • Water treatment knowledge or experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally depending on business needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in laundry or warewash systems, sanitation, or water treatment.
  • Prior experience with institutional or industrial cleaning programs.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking activities and customer engagement.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $116,865.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
