Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Ophthalmology, provide support to the ophthalmic imaging technicians team and perform functions within the activities of all medically related paraprofessionals and office activities involving patient flow and care. Under the supervision of physicians, will participate in patient care involving history, diagnostic vision test, visual field examinations, and the use of Ophthalmic imaging instruments including Optos, Spectralis, Cirrus, and Topcon imaging systems. Will be responsible for maintaining timely and courteous patient flow. In addition, will organize and stock each examination room. Functions within the activities of all medically related paraprofessionals and office activities involving patient flow and care. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $72,349 - $72,349 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $34.65 - $34.65 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
