Job Duties: Associate, Sales Support with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Miami, Florida. Function as a Center of Excellence (COE) Wealth Management Professional (WMP) providing client service support to clients of PWM teams in the implementation of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity management and ongoing maintenance of existing clients. Assist in providing operational efficiency management and oversight for the Firm's private wealth management businesses by executing asset transfers, trades, account opening, and general account management and maintenance. Assist in the development of workflows, systems and controls for all PWM processes. Help to ensure that the Firm has the appropriate infrastructure with respect to technology, processes and controls to support complex financial transactions such that we meet our clients' needs as well as internal control standards and external regulatory requirements. Document process flows and create procedures manuals for the functions performed, and then share this knowledge with team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop methods to reduce risks, increase controls, and increase customer satisfaction. Research and troubleshoot problems. Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work and for appropriately escalating any unresolved issues to senior management.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field and 18 months of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include 18 months of the following: overseeing entering in asset transfer instructions and ensuring that wires and other transfers (journals, DTC, securities transfers, ACH, direct debit, and direct deposit) are transmitted both accurately and in their entirety; working with clients to develop a financial plan by utilizing systems to analyze client asset allocation and assess the suitability of specific investments; leading point for onboarding high-net-worth individuals including setting up clients with access to the client web, overseeing client background and information gathering, doc generation and signing for account opening, and leading client relationship management and related tasks such as maintenance, client statements and reporting, account performance, analyzing account transactions, account transfers, asset servicing and corporate actions, class actions, and private lending solutions; managing the handling and facilitating of liquidity client requests including cash and asset movements, along with other portfolio requests such as general portfolio inquiries, executing client directed trades, portfolio implementations, and inquiries on client documents such as statements, tax documents, trade confirms, and overall account maintenance; communicating in a high-pressure environment and explaining complex documents including account opening documents and private equity subscription documents to clients; and overseeing regular continuing education learning sessions by coordinating topics, finalizing materials and training content, scheduling session date and time and speakers, hosting sessions, and handling post session follow-ups. Licenses Required: FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required. Will accept Series 63 or 65 in lieu of Series 66.
