$3,179.63 to $3,497.59 bi-weekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center/Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Performs skilled professional work on moderate to large, complex projects. This includes working on multiple projects and technologies as a team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior professional staff. Supervision is given to technical personnel.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems or other related field PLUS four (4) to seven (7) years of information technology work experience with related software and hardware products with multi-platform environment for systems analysis and programming, networking, systems administration or GIS. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience with the following:

* Thorough knowledge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts and best practices;
* ArcGIS Enterprise Infrastructure maintaining and troubleshooting
(Setup/Upgrade, Portal, GIS Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor/Server, Image Server, SQL Server);
* Experience preparing and publishing ArcGIS Server web services
* ArcGIS Online & Enterprise Portal Web Application and Web Experience configuration.
* ArcSDE/Multi-Versioned Database (Setup, Configure, Maintain, Troubleshooting)
* Creating technical documentation utilizing excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to conduct effective communication among peers.
* Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder, FME, ArcGIS Arcade (Attribute Rules) & Python.
* Experience developing data automation strategies across GIS Infrastructure environments.

The following experience is preferred:

* Professional programming experience with JavaScript, C#/VB.NET, JSON/GeoJSON.

In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
