We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Client Solutions Architect to join our Asset Servicing line of business's Client Coverage team. This role is located in Boston, MA or New York City, NY. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of driving client success and revenue growth across complex financial services environments. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Lead strategic client engagements by aligning BNY Mellon's full suite of Asset Servicing solutions with clients' long-term business objectives. * Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, offering consultative insights and innovative solutions that drive transformation and operational efficiency. * Architect and deliver complex, cross-product solutions tailored to client needs, often involving multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structures. * Shape commercial strategy by evaluating and structuring deals that balance client value with firm profitability and risk appetite. * Partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal to design and execute scalable operating models that support client growth and regulatory compliance. * Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying emerging trends and influencing product development roadmaps. * Build and maintain strategic alliances with third-party vendors, particularly in the front-office investment technology space, to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions. * Act as a mentor and thought leader within the Client Coverage team, helping to develop junior talent and elevate the overall client engagement model. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) preferred. * 10-15 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in Asset Servicing, Client Coverage, or related domains. * Demonstrated success in leading complex client relationships, structuring large-scale solutions, and driving revenue growth. * Deep understanding of global custody, fund accounting, middle office, and front-to-back investment operations. * Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market trends impacting institutional investors. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
