This role leads and supports teams in Audiology and Technical Support, managing daily operations, escalated issues, and service initiatives. Key responsibilities include team development, training, project execution, and ensuring exceptional customer service. JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The primary focus is to drive hearing aid sales within VA Medical Centers, CBOCs, Military/DOD facilities, Community Care, and Indian Health Clinics. The role involves maintaining and growing market share with existing customers, as well as identifying and securing new business within the assigned territory. Emphasis is placed on strong account relationships and management, CRM maintenance, and project management to support sales strategies. Additionally, the position requires a thorough understanding of audiology concepts and proficiency in fitting Starkey products to assist customers effectively. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The annual salary for this position is between $65,450.00-$84,000.00 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
