Location: Calmont Operations BuildingDepartment: CBO/Patient Financial ServicesShift: Second Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Revenue Cycle Coordinator is responsible for driving operational excellence across the revenue cycle through leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration in order to conduct comprehensive workflow analysis. They will engage in high-impact strategic evaluations and application analysis aimed to improved efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes with a specialized focus on accounts related to high dollar complexities, including: High Cost Medications and Services and Single Case Agreements (SCA). With a strong emphasis on process optimization, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, this position serves as a core liaison between clinical, financial, and operational teams to streamline revenue reimbursement and support value-based care initiatives through engagement in case coordination and special projects with Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy, Specialty Clinics, Information Systems (IS) and Payer Relations in addition to maintaining collaborative relationships with Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management, Clinical Departments and Compliance. The Revenue Cycle Coordinator is additionally responsible for executing comprehensive audits and other department requests, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Providing operational leadership under minimal supervision in project management discipline for system application implementations and other organizational projects. The ultimate goal of the Revenue Cycle Coordinator is to ensure patient satisfaction, increased transparency across departments, providing a single point of contact, and thereby improving the patient collection process, patient experience and maximizing revenue reimbursements.
