Production Associate

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Rotating - two days on, two days off, with every other weekend required
• Hours: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour night shift)

What You'll Do

• Prepare plastic drums for shipment as they exit the production line
• Use hand tools to trim excess plastic from drums
• Place finished drums on cooling machines for final processing
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 30 lbs
• Maintain focus and productivity in a hot manufacturing environment, especially during summer months

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience in manufacturing or hot industrial environments is preferred
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive, physical tasks for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
• Not an entry-level position-ideal for those with a solid work history in production or industrial settings
