Job Description

The Opportunity

The David B. O'Maley College of Business is seeking a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach one section of the undergraduate-level course in Business Information Systems. The course is offered for Fall 2025 face-to-face on our Daytona Beach campus. The prospective faculty member will provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree in Management of Information Systems or related field. A doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching Management of Information Systems courses.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity; demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom.
