R&D Archetype & Tool Development Analyst

The R&D (Research & Development) Archetype and Tool Development Specialist will work within the R&D Project Evaluation Team responsible for the construction, updates and maintenance of the program development archetypes for NA programs, as well as the tools and process standardization and improvements to support future developments targets settings.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Work with the Global Archetype development team in the updating and construction of the corporate Archetypes
  • Coordinate the Archetype development for North America specific needs, along with its integration and use inside of the tools
  • Lead in the training of the Evaluation team and associated organizations in the use of the Archetypes
  • Work in the development of the global tools used by the Evaluators
  • Coordinate with IT in the development, execution and maintenance of the Tools
  • Guarantees the source, the quality, and the consistency of the tools in function

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Finance from an ABET accredited university
  • 3 years of professional experience in Engineering or Finance, preferably in Engineering Program Management, vehicle integration and/or validation
  • Whole vehicle product awareness, product development process and the different engineering cost types knowledge is a differential
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-starter, innovative, and team oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, process driven
  • Familiarity with finance terminology
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to all levels of management
  • Ability to productively manage change
  • Data analysis experience
