ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Mission Assurance Support Analyst (Risk Management, COOP, Operational Resiliency) to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Mission Assurance Support Analyst, you will coordinate with SOCNORTH leadership to align mission assurance activities with organizational goals and priorities. WHO YOU ARE



  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Special Operations units or Special Operations staffs conducting military operational planning in support of real-world operations, exercises, and investments with direct experience in Mission Assurance Support.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate with SOCNORTH leadership to align mission assurance activities with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to mission continuity.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.
  • Support the implementation of risk management best practices and frameworks in line with DoD, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM policies and directives.
  • Work closely with SOCNORTH directorates, interagency partners, and external stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to mission assurance.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing among SOCNORTH staff and external partners regarding mission assurance activities.
  • Develop and deliver mission assurance training programs for SOCNORTH personnel.
  • Plan and execute mission assurance exercises to test and validate plans, procedures, and capabilities.
  • Evaluate exercise outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve mission assurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, and SOCNORTH mission assurance policies and standards.
  • Develop and update SOCNORTH mission assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to mission assurance standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on mission assurance activities, risk assessments, and program status to SOCNORTH leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of mission assurance activities, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and exercise outcomes.


COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

This position is in support of an upcoming opportunity in Colorado Springs. Award is anticipated, and we are actively gathering qualified candidates in preparation for a successful proposal submission.
