Our In-Home Sales Representative is accountable for in-home fireplace sales enabling homeowners to complete a fireplace makeover to enhance their home. The position must provide best-in-class consumer buying experiences by engaging homeowners and driving the sale to completion.
What you'll do
  • Create consumer interest in a fireplace makeover.
  • Willingness to creatively generate consumer leads by attending home shows and promotional events, canvassing neighborhoods and other techniques.
  • Schedule and conduct in-home sales calls in customers' homes to sell fireplaces demonstrating their features and benefits to complete a fireplace makeover.
  • Exceed customer expectations through all required steps of the product sale and installation process by working closely with customers to understand project needs and timelines, and diligent follow-up.
  • Provide pricing estimates to the buyer and explain different pricing options to the customer.
  • Represent the brand professionally, delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Creates a clean handoff to the Operations team for scheduling of installers, skilled trades and necessary inspections to optimize productivity and customer experience.
Position Requirements
  • Willingness to conduct direct-to-consumer sales by building strong interpersonal relationships, active listing and adaptability.
  • Ability to interact with homeowners, and other stakeholders independently and with excellent verbal and written customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Internet).
  • Must be physically capable of accessing construction sites and homes under construction
  • Project management experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Competitive compensation, including base salary, and incentives:
  • Salary range is $56,000 - $60,000 + Incentive of $42k+
