Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually
Location: In-person (first 6-12 months)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends

About the Role

As an Outreach Coordinator, you'll be the face of our community engagement efforts, leading education and outreach programs focused on waste reduction and recycling. You'll work with businesses, schools, multi-family residences, and at community events to promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver outreach programs on recycling, food waste, and waste reduction.
  • Engage with local businesses, schools, and residents to promote sustainable practices.
  • Represent the company at community events and public forums.
  • Create educational materials and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Track and report outreach metrics and program effectiveness.
What You Bring
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and local recycling initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience speaking to both large and small groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Organized, flexible, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Logistics
  • This is a full-time, in-person role for the first 6-12 months.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work is required to support community events.
