Development Communications Associate, Full-Time (non-exempt) POSITION PURPOSE: Supports the Development Department by coordinating Patron Communications and Young Professional Fundraising activities. Communications include but are not limited to email newsletters, annual printed newsletter, website updates, renewal letters and invoices for patron groups including The Museum Associates, Collectors' Groups, other individuals, and institutional giving groups. The fundraising oversight of the role includes the CultureHaus membership level and the fundraising Ball, which are entry-points to the museum for Young Professionals. The ideal candidate is a self-starting storyteller with professional/business writing skills and impeccable attention to editing detail. This position reports to the Director of Development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Patron Communications
Young Professional Fundraising: Engagement of Young Professionals is a critical focus of the Development department to build a pipeline for future support. This position will oversee young professional involvement across Development programs.

Position type: This position will be covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME-CWU. Pay: The hiring range for the position is $21.00 - $27.00 based on experience. A $0.50 language differential is available for hours worked for candidates who have Spanish speaking proficiency.
