Business Analyst /(PeopleSoft) Mid Level Hybrid Washington DC Pay From: $50//hr MUST PeopleSoft Business Analyst/ Mid Level Public trust clearable Certification in HR or Business Analysis (e.g., SHRM-CP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA) preferred 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working specifically with PeopleSoft HCM, including experience with TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) or Candidate Gateway modules. Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a public sector, education, or federal environment. Familiarity with related PeopleSoft modules such as Core HR, Position Management, or Workforce Administration. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL or PeopleCode (a plus, not required). Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams Work under direct supervision of a Project Manager, Project or Technical Lead. Proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM, including experience with TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) or Candidate Gateway modules. Required Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition business processes. Demonstrated experience in documenting functional specifications and translating business needs into technical requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Work under direct supervision of a Project Manager, Project or Technical Lead. DUTIES PeopleSoft Business Analyst Analyze and document recruiting business processes, requirements, and workflows in support of PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize system requirements for enhancements or new functionalities. Conduct fit/gap sessions and analysis of alternatives for gaps with a focus on leveraging delivered functionality and reducing customizations. Configure recruiting module components, including job templates, job openings, applicant statuses, and onboarding workflows. Support integration with third-party job sites (USAJobs, USAStaffing) for Job Posting and Applicants. Participate in testing activities such as unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the PeopleSoft TAM module and provide ongoing production support. Create and maintain design documentation for functional requirements, configuration guides, test cases, and user training materials. Ensure compliance with internal governance, data security, and audit policies related to recruiting systems. Support upgrade and patch testing efforts, identifying potential impacts to recruiting functionality. Conduct end user training and facilitate knowledge transfer to the O&M team for ongoing production support. Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
